    Refund policy

    Hey there! We have a 30-day, Hassle-Free return & refund policy, which means at any time within 30 days of receiving your bottle(s), you can request a return.

     

    To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same unused condition that you received it and undamaged. You'll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

    Please note that if the bottle has been used or damaged in any way or if the packaging is damaged, we will not accept the return (otherwise, we can't sell it again).

    To start a return, contact us at hello@copperwater.com. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

     

    Damages and issues

    Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective or damaged or if you received the wrong item so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

     

    Exchanges

    The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item. 

     

    Shipping 

    Customers will be responsible for arranging return shipping. 

     

    Restocking fees: 

    There are no restocking fees for your return! 

     

    Refund Method & Timeline

    We will notify you once we've received and inspected your return and let you know if the refund was approved or not. (within 48 hours of receiving the return) If approved, you'll be automatically refunded using your original payment method.

    Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too (anywhere from 1-10 days).

     

    Restocking Free

    There is no restocking fee for returns.
