Shipping policy

Order Cancellation:

We ship fast, which means our cancellation window is short. Orders are sent to our warehouse within a couple of hours of being placed, and once fulfillment begins we are no longer able to cancel.

If you need to cancel, email us at hello@copperwater.com as soon as possible with your order number and "CANCEL" in the subject line. The sooner we receive it, the better the chance we can catch it in time.

Cancellations are attempted at our discretion and are never guaranteed. Our inbox is not monitored in real time, and emails are answered in the order they are received, usually within 12 to 24 hours. If your order has already entered the fulfillment process by the time we see your request, we will not be able to cancel it, even if you emailed us shortly after placing it.

If we are unable to cancel in time, you are welcome to refuse delivery or return the order once it arrives under our standard return policy.

Delivery Zones:

Currently, we only deliver within the contiguous US.

Shipping Costs:

We have a standard shipping rate of $2.40 to help enable us to offer fast USA shipping on smaller orders and for orders over $44 we offer free shipping.

Tracking:

Once your order is shipped out, you will receive an automated email with your tracking number.

Delivery times:

The delivery times for all our bottles are 2-5 business days

Order cutoff time:

Orders placed after around 4pm EST will be processed and shipped the following day. Orders placed after around 4pm EST on Friday or during the weekend will be processed and shipped the following Monday.

Order handling time:

We handle all orders Mon-Fri usually within just a few hours or less of your order being placed. Meaning as long as it's before our shipping cutoff time, your order should be processed and shipped the same day shortly after you placed your order!

Shipping companies we use:

We use USPS for most of our orders. For larger orders containing 4+ items, or orders being shipped to more remote locations we sometimes also use UPS or FedEx.
